KLV Inspector Manual
KLV Inspector is a desktop analysis tool for STANAG 4609 streams and raw binary telemetry. It is designed for development, integration, validation, and troubleshooting workflows where you need to inspect KLV packets in detail, decode MISB metadata, export packet ranges, and review the relationship between metadata and video.

Typical Uses
- Open a STANAG 4609 recording and inspect packet-by-packet metadata.
- Decode MISB telemetry and compare the hex view with the parsed structure.
- Export selected packet ranges for further analysis or regression testing.
- Record or rebroadcast live KLV data over serial or UDP interfaces.
- Visualize metadata on a map, in JSON, or alongside video playback.
