KLV Streamer Manual

KLV Streamer is an application for re-streaming STANAG 4609 transport streams over IP networks. It is designed for operators and developers who need to rebroadcast a playlist of CBR or VBR STANAG and TS files over unicast or multicast UDP, preview the resulting stream, inspect KLV metadata, and analyze transport-stream behavior while streaming.

Prerequisite

The legacy manual notes that KLV Streamer relies on the default MPEG-2 and H.264 DirectShow decoders available on the system. If preview is required, make sure the relevant decoder is installed.
