H.264 GOP Aligned Segmentation

The SDK supports segmented recording. To make random access between non-consecutive segments seamless, segments should be cut on GOP (Group of Pictures) boundaries.

Cutting H.264 streams at GOP boundaries improves segment switching.

GOP-aligned segmentation is available only for MPEG transport streams carrying H.264 video.
